By booking a tour or activity with us at Atlantis Sand Dunes, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Safety and Guide Rules:

   • You are required to follow all safety rules and guidelines provided during the pre-tour briefing. These rules are in place to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

2. Quad Biking:

   • Quad biking is a thrilling and enjoyable activity, but it can be dangerous if safety rules are not followed.

   • Our tours are designed to prioritize safety and fun; therefore, extreme or reckless riding is not permitted.

3. Sandboarding:

   • Sandboarding sessions are easy to learn and highly enjoyable, offering a great experience for participants of all skill levels. but can be dangerous if instructions aren't followed

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

   • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour date will be refunded in full.

   • No-shows on the day of the tour will result in the forfeiture of the booking fee.
